Media Access Sheets

Thank you so much to the 15 of you that handed in your data sheets by the end of day, yesterday.

Disappointingly, 3 of you didn't - Sara, Khadeja and one more who I can't work out (my reg list is at work)... anyone?

You can now see a link to all of your blogs down the side of mine - you don't have to do that, you only need the tabs of blogs from people in your soon-to-be group.

What you need to do now:

  • Ensure the title of your blog is your name - have a look at Alice's: http://alicewintermediastudies.blogspot.co.uk
  • Make my blog a vital link at the side of yours.
  • Complete the profile section of your blog with some brief interesting facts about yourself - a photo of yourself is essential - Sophie, I'd change yours if I were you.. not a good look.
  • Embed the ECS Media Studies handbook into your blog, in a post.
  • Blog-up Friday's lesson - you watched quite a lot of opening vids - get some onto your own blog - the ones you liked, the ones you found interesting etc.
  • Post the vid of the John Lewis ad that we discussed.  Explain why it's on there.
  • Finally, blog-up the info you handed in to me about your Media life so far - your favourite film of all time, your favourite actor etc - remember - always make sure your blog is DYNAMIC - include as many clips, images as you can - keep your text (writing) brief.

Blog Set-Up

Once you've got your blog set up, this short vid needs to be embedded into your next post, watched, taken notes from and learnt for a test on Friday 21 Sept - it should be next lesson, Wednesday, but I think you're all out on some visit..
